Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging FixBrokenAIApps services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by FixBrokenAIApps.

2. Services Description

FixBrokenAIApps provides professional development services specializing in taking over, completing, and launching applications created on AI development platforms including but not limited to Replit, Lovable, Bolt.new, Cursor, v0, and similar platforms.

3. Required Access and Your Security Obligations

Critical: Read Before Sharing Access

Our rescue and repair services require temporary access to your technical infrastructure, which may include:

• Platform login credentials (hosting, deployment services)
• API keys, tokens, and authentication certificates
• Database connection strings and credentials
• Git repositories and version control access
• Third-party integrations and service accounts

Your Security Obligations:

• Create dedicated access credentials when possible (avoid sharing your personal login)
• Immediately revoke all access when our work is complete or if you end the engagement
• Review access logs periodically while we're working on your project
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized activity

4. Payment Terms

Hourly Rate

• $70 per hour
• 5-hour minimum engagement ($350 prepaid)

Payment Policy

• All payments are required upfront
• Fixed-price quotes available for larger projects

No Refund Policy: All services are provided on a no-refund basis. Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable once work begins.

5. Project Scope and Changes

Any changes to the agreed project scope will be discussed and may result in additional charges. We will provide clear communication about scope changes and associated costs before proceeding.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain all rights to your application and intellectual property. We may retain the right to use non-proprietary code patterns and general methodologies in future projects.

7. Confidentiality

All information related to your project—including source code, business logic, credentials, and proprietary data—is treated as strictly confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose any aspect of your work to third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law. This obligation continues indefinitely, even after our engagement ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any interruption thereof.

9. Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate, you must immediately revoke all credentials and access we were given. We will provide any completed work up to that point. Due to our no-refund policy, prepaid amounts for work already performed are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province/territory where our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For US clients, these terms are also governed by applicable US federal and state laws. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as a last resort
